Perhaps an event such as a death, a relationship breakdown, or a health diagnosis has prompted you to come. Perhaps it is something more nebulous or ongoing which is getting in the way of living life the way you want to, such as depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, or unwanted behaviour.
My aim is to offer a safe space where my clients feel accepted and comfortable enough to explore the difficult and painful things without being overwhelmed by them. Sincerity, respect and compassion characterise my work. I believe that we all have the resources within us to overcome the struggles we face, to make the changes where we can and to accept what cannot be changed. We will work at your pace, trying to make sense of your experiences.
