I’m an Accredited and qualified senior Counsellor/Psychotherapist and Supervisor. I use several different types of therapy, including Psychodynamic, Person-Centred and Cognitive Behavioural (CBT). I specialise in marriage and relationship counselling, anxiety, depression, infertility, miscarriage and addictions.

I work long and short-term, doing mostly face-to-face work although I do work via video conferencing, email and telephone.

I provide group therapy in Hatfield.
