Hi, my name is Penny I’m an experienced counsellor.
I offer a coaching and counselling service in Bishops Stortford, Harlow and surrounding areas.
Most of us have experienced or are experiencing challenges in our daily lives. These may include work, home, relationships and family dramas. However sometimes you may feel confused, have low mood or anxiety and are not quite sure where to seek support.

I can offer a safe, calm, confidential space in which you can explore your thoughts and feelings.

I work with adults and teenagers. Counselling sessions last for 50 minutes. The sessions are offered on a weekly basis 6 sessions at a time, this is then reviewed.
