Description:

Do you want something to change in your life? I'm an experienced psychotherapist offering professional, effective counselling for adults of all ages and teens age 13-19, at a quiet, private clinic in Hay-on-Wye.

I adjust the way I work to suit you as an individual and the goals we agree for our sessions. This means our conversations will take quite a different shape if you want practical support for a specific issue, compared to if you seek a more open space for reflection and growth. Our sessions will also change according to what we’re discussing. At times they may be quite energised and creative. At other times they may be more pragmatic, a sort of thinking-things-through together. Or we may be moving more slowly, recognising deep fear or sadness, making space for your heart to speak.

Together we can help you make sense of where you are, look more clearly at the future, and achieve meaningful, lasting change in your life and relationships.

Opening Times

Opening Times: I work on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. Some evening sessions are available.
