My name is Helena and thank you for reading my information. I know it’s not easy to trust someone you have never met, and choosing a therapist from these pages can be overwhelming.

My service is a little different because I can come to you, so if you would rather have therapy in your own comfortable surroundings, then I offer that service .If you prefer, and you live out of my area, I will find a dedicated space for us to meet weekly. Whichever you find more comfortable, is possible.

I am a very experienced, qualified therapist and have a post grad advanced diploma in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy. I have a psychology degree and also am qualified in Transactional Analysis. I am currently studying for a Masters qualification in Psychotherapy. i have been a Volunteer Counsellor with a local charity for the last 10 years.

I work with adults and couples, as well as teens and younger members of the family. I also offer Family Dynamics Therapy.
