I am a highly trained, experienced and BACP accredited counsellor who works with adults in brief, solution-focused or long-term therapy. I have specialist training in past and present trauma therapy and post-traumatic stress disorder, motivational coaching, depression and anxiety, health issues, and have worked extensively with women who have fertility problems, difficult births or infant loss, raising children with disabilities, suffered post-natal depression, or have challenging family situations. Change can happen. I have seen it happen time and time again. Although I have a thorough traditional psychotherapy training, I am also trained in a range of modern techniques, and will tailor my approach to best suit you.
