My name is Helena and thank you for reading my information. I know it’s not easy to trust someone you have never met, and choosing a therapist from these pages can be overwhelming.

I am a very experienced, qualified therapist and have an MA in Psychotherapeutic Practice as well as a post grad advanced diploma in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy. I have a psychology degree and also am qualified in Transactional Analysis.

I work with adults and couples, and specialise in helping those who have had adverse childhood experiences and find it difficult to maintain a relationship in adulthood. I also help those who have had Boarding School Trauma, and also their Partners.

I am registered with the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists, and the National Association of Counsellors. I am fully insured and DRB checked
