Most people experience emotional difficulties at some point in their lives. It may be that you are feeling overwhelmed with a troubling time in your life or perhaps you are repeating patterns of unhelpful behaviour and are unable to move forward. Perhaps you are simply looking for someone to talk to and to listen to you.

Counselling can not only offer a safe and supportive space to explore the difficulties you may be experiencing, but it can also be a place of transformation and change, enabling you to find new ways to resolve the problems you are facing, allowing you to move forward with your life.

I offer counselling to both adults and young people, based in Fleet and within easy access of the surrounding areas of Farnham, Farnborough, Camberley and Basingstoke. I can offer short-term or longer open-ended counselling.

It is quite normal to feel anxious about contacting a counsellor and it is important to find someone who you can feel comfortable with. To help you choose the right counsellor for you, we will take the time at our initial meeting to explore whether this process is right for you, what your hopes are, any goals you may have and how counselling may help you.
