Counselling offers time and space in which to safely explore and grow, to understand anxieties, feelings and thoughts which may be troubling you.

It is also an opportunity to come to understand changes or life experiences which can cause distress, without criticism or judgement. Person-centred counselling and play therapy can facilitate significant and lasting change; for children, young people, men and women, of all ages, from a range of backgrounds. I trust in a person’s ability to find their own answers and direction in their own time and provide the right environment for them to do so.
