An experienced registered BACP accredited counsellor providing support to individuals and couples on a range of personal issues. I offer different strategies to fit with the individual needs of each client. The issues can involve many different personal challenges including depression, stress, anxiety, panic attacks, low self esteem, abuse and anger. I also work with couples who may be dealing with very difficult issues within their relationship.

The counselling strategies can include Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Solution Focussed Therapy, Existential Counselling and Psychodynamic Counselling. I work as an integrative Counsellor to bring together the approach which is most likely to be of lasting help to each individual clients.

Consultations are held in pleasant offices in Worting House which is an attractive location on the outskirts of Basingstoke with easy access and ample parking.
