I work with adult individuals and couples. I aim to be welcoming and non-judgemental – it’s important to me to help create a warm relationship that will enable you to talk about whatever you need to. Together we can explore how you feel, see what understanding we can come to about how you have arrived at this point and what, if anything, you might choose to do next.

Before training as a therapist my background was as a senior manager in the Corporate and Third Sectors and I am able to draw on this experience in my work.
