I offer both short and long term counselling with individuals and couples as well as Time-limited work and Solution Focused Brief Therapy. Issues I help clients with include life challenges such as depression, anxiety, panic attacks, relationship issues, work related stress, low self esteem, ill health or caring for a loved one with life limiting diagnosis.

With a background in gynaecology nursing, I also specialise in bereavement work, including pregnancy loss (at any stage of pregnancy) and loss of a child. This includes parents who have had to make the very difficult decision to end a pregnancy due to abnormality). I also work with women experiencing pre and postnatal depression.

Appointments are available at Basingstoke and Alton clinics. I offer a free half hour initial consultation which is an opportunity to meet face to face and discuss your counselling needs and to see if working together is the way forward for you.
