I have successfully guided clients through life’s difficulties, ensuring they feel supported in a trusting and safe environment, enabling them to develop, and grow in self-awareness, recognising their strengths and learn effective ways to deal with future challenges.

It’s a deep privilege to be part of the therapeutic process, where clients arrive with difficulties, who eventually evolve, and are enlightened in themselves, reaching a positive sense of well-being.

I am grounded, real and spontaneous, with a sense of warmth and humour, clients work at their own pace, I encourage positive change and offer alternative ideas to problems, so they can choose individual and specific solutions to their needs.

I practice integrative therapy, which means I am experienced in working with several approaches. In my case, I draw from Mindefull Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Psycho Dynamic Person Centered and Neuro Linguistic Programming. This means that I can offer the type of therapy, or combination of therapies, that is most appropriate for the particular needs of each client.

I also offer Emotional Freedom Technique which is commonly known as “tapping “, which is a none intrusive but powerful way of releasing trauma and stuck memories without deep “talk therapy.”

I specialise in Depression, Anxiety, Self-Harm, Drink and Drug misuse, Post traumatic Stress Disorder, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Domestic Violence, and Self-Harm and anger management, relationship counselling, although I have had thousands of hours of experiential counselling, in most other psychological issues.

After an initial appointment, I will prepare a personal programme, to enable you to release your ghosts, reach your goals, and ultimately set you free!

I have counselled and guided many clients within the private and public health sectors. My consultancy rooms are set in the beautiful healing space at Inglewood healing center, where I offer face to face therapy.

Also available is on-line counselling services by web cam and Skype, as alternative methods of counselling work for different people.
