Based in the Heaton Moor and Heaton Chapel areas of Stockport, I am an integrative counsellor tailoring the way we work together according to your individual needs rather than using one therapeutic approach. I find that this flexibility means that therapy is more effective.
I offer a safe, confidential space to explore any issues that may be troubling you, helping you develop self-awareness and explore ways in which you can move forward. I can support you in making positive changes and help you live a happier, more fulfilling life.
I offer counselling services face to face in the Heatons' as well as online via web chat and by telephone.
Please contact me via email, telephone or via the form on the website. I aim to respond the same day and if you wish, book your first appointment within the week. In the first instance, I will arrange to call you for an initial free 15 minute chat at time that is convenient to help you decide if you would like to work with me.
All enquiries are treated in the strictest confidence.
Qualifications and experience
I hold a Postgraduate Diploma in Integrative Counselling from the University of Manchester, a Certificate in Couples Counselling, an ABC Level 3 Certificate in Counselling Skills and an NVQ 4 Advice and Guidance.
I have worked as a volunteer counsellor for a charity in Stockport since April 2013, providing support for a wide range of clients with issues such as depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, coping with long term illness, relationship issues, stress and bereavement.
