Pyscho Therapia Centre offers counselling and psychotherapy, CPD and Consultancy support across London. From short-term and open-ended one to one work, couple therapy, group sessions and training programmes; we provide a holistic approach to improving the life of people with qualified, accredited therapists.

We create a safe and supportive environment for you to explore emotional issues, situations or questions you feel challenged by. In life we gather experiences, some good and some painful. These experiences mold who we are as people, they effect our relationships with others and our contact with the world. Our goal is to help you understand yourself more, raise your self-awareness and move into the future with a new positive energy.

For an assessment contact the centre to arrange an appointment. An assessment will last approx. 50 minutes and will give you the opportunity to discuss what your needs are, time frames and what you can expect to gain from therapy.

Fees are structured based on your personal circumstance. We operate on a sliding scale depending on requirements and location. We pride ourselves on providing a high level of service in line with your personal needs. Please do contact us to discuss.
