Rachel Williams Counselling and Psychotherapy

Based in a lovely practice in Didsbury, I provide an open and non-judgemental environment to talk and help you. Whether life is getting on top of you, or you could just benefit from a place to explore your thoughts and feelings. Psychotherapy works through treating emotional and behavioural problems by using psychological techniques designed to encourage communication and an insight into problems.

The length of therapy, whether long or short term is decided between the therapist and the client. We will discuss this in the initial session.

I provide an open and non-judgemental environment in which you decide on the pace of each session.

We will work towards that change, equally and together.
