As a counsellor I can help you look at your problems in a different way. I can help you understand your feelings and how they affect your thoughts and behavior while being non judgmental and offering you the chance to talk.

Helping you find yourself

I understand its sometimes easier to speak to an outsider. Someone who can listen and take another view, rather than taking a “do this” and “do that” approach sometimes you just need understanding and someone who is actually ‘there’ for you.

I come from a true place of understanding. I take a Humanistic approach to my work which means that I have a strong interest in, or concern for your welfare, values, and dignity. We all deserve to be treated as human beings, as individuals and we all deserve to be heard in a safe confidential environment.

Fees are £35ph and my hours are from 9am to 9pm Monday to Saturday to accommodate flexibility.

I am fully insured and receive professional supervision. I am governed by the ethical standards and professional requirements of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).

Qualifications
Professional Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling (Level 5)
Certificate in Counselling Skills (Level 3)
Counselling Concepts (Level 2)
Also Trained in Therapeutic Play for 4 years +
