Due to Affairs - Communication difficulties - Anxiety- Depression- Stress -Parenting differences or other issues you may be facing. I ensure confidentiality support and a safe space to help you discuss and work through issues that are causing disagreements and concern.
During your counselling I will provide you with a safe space to make sense of what is happening and how to best cope with your emotions and thoughts at this difficult time.
Through exploring your thoughts and feelings, counselling will enable you to achieve a greater sense of self-awareness and insight. We will explore any unhelpful patterns of behaviour which will help you to decide on alternative options and make better choices. Enabling you to find the best way forward.
Taking the first step is often the most difficult part. I have been a counsellor for over 18 years and I offer a non judgemental caring and solution focused approach.
