Life happens, and it's a fact almost 1/3 of us will experience a diagnosable mental health issue during the course of our lives. It\'s also fair to say that some of us will simply become stuck over any given life issue, that could benefit from a limited degree of coaching face-to-face, or via the internet. Why should you continue to suffer, when professional trained and certified confidential help is at hand?
Let's work together:
David's work is based firmly around the biopsychosocial therapy model. His work with you being focused not only upon what\'s psychologically discussed when in session, but also upon what is biologically and socially happening for you in the other 167 hours of the week, when you\'re not. David manages your needs - 360 degrees.
Working closely together with your GP, ensuring that you\'re receiving the very best pharmacological interventions that are right for you, is of primary importance to David - he fights for his clients best interests.
Coming from a strong business background, has provided David with a unique insight into how business law can best benefit employees, when resolving bullying and other forms of conflict in the workplace. Why should you pay for work induced anxieties/depression, when there cause are elsewhere. Resolving problems, once and for all, via a combination of a psychotherapeutic intervention and mediation, is often the best way forward - David gets things done.
David is available to provide private and confidential one-on-one Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and psychotherapeutic coaching sessions. These are conducted in discreet professional locations in Chester, Liverpool, Warrington and Manchester, or alternatively off-site at client's premises, upon request. So you're stuck:
We nearly all, at some stage in our lives, become hung up on a problem and could all benefit in having a candid, brief and non-judgemental conversation, with a trusted professional therapist. Does it really require you to book an appointment and come in to see me? No, it doesn\'t. Sometimes just a brief few minutes of Skype/phone coaching is enough to set a person up for the day or meeting ahead. To meet these client driven needs, David provides a remote coaching service whereby clients can speedily gain access to him directly, most days until 8pm. It\'s inexpensive, prearranged and user friendly.
