Jenny Snape Counselling

I work with clients who are experiencing a range of issues but which include depression, anxiety, stress and relationship issues. What I aim to offer you is warmth, honesty and a non-judgmental space for you to be heard and for you to start to unravel your thought patterns and emotions. I am an integrative counsellor and I draw upon a variety of therapy models – I mainly practice as a person centred counsellor but also utilise Cognitive behavioural therapy when it is appropriate for a client to provide you with counselling that most suits your needs and situation.

At your first session you will have the opportunity to share what is going on for you and hopefully by the end of the session you will have a sense of whether you feel comfortable working with me going forward and vice versa.

I am a Registered Member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (visit www.bacp.co.uk) and I abide by their ethical framework.

I practice within dedicated counselling rooms in Heaton Moor – which is within easy reach of Stockport, Davenport, Bramhall, Cheadle Hulme, Cheadle, Didsbury, Heathon Chapel, Heaton Norris and the South Manchester area.
