I provide help and support for a whole range of issues in a safe environment. These include depression, anxiety, emptiness, anger, abuse, trauma and PTSD, relationship issues, childhood issues, bereavement, self harm, obsessive compulsive disorder, bipolar disorder, eating disorders, spiritual emergence/emergency and accompanying psychological disturbances, mid life crises, existential dilemmas, and many other stress related issues.

I tend to work within the psychospiritual context that within each client is a Self, which is spiritual in nature and is imbued with qualities of Love and Will. This means that within each client is an innate integrity and an impulse toward experiencing wholeness.

I also have more than ten years experience of mindfulness practice and I can teach this to clients who may wish to learn some of the techniques.

I am a registered member with the United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) and accredited with the Association of Psychospiritual Practitioners (APP), and I abide by their code of ethics.
