My approach to counselling with teenagers is to work holistically and acknowledge the importance of the young person - on a mind, body, spirit and emotional level. My work is to promote healing, self-understanding and personal growth.
I am committed to providing counselling/therapeutic support to young people in a safe, non Judgmental confidential environment.
I offer 1:1 short and long term counselling/therapeutic work, which will be tailored to your individual needs.
I also offer online counselling within the UK on a short or long term basis, via email or Instant Messaging (skype).
