Compassion Counselling

I am an experienced counsellor with an MSc in Therapeutic Counselling. I am trained integratively which means that I integrate various (Person Centered, Psychodynamic and Cognitive Behavioural) approaches to counselling. This enables me to tailor the way that I work uniquely to each individual client.

I am warm, empathic and compassionate.
