Description:

Welcome to Counselling In Twickenham, EnduringMind.

As an experienced counsellor, I have always felt that an emapthetic, open-minded approach is more likely to help clients change their lives for the better. When you're facing a intense emotions or erratic behaviour it's good to know there's someone there you can talk to. Someone who can help you understand your thoughts and feelings. Or piece together difficult relationships. While friends and family may find it difficult to remain neutral, as a counsellor I can support you as you gain greater insight and self-awareness without feeling judged People find me open, easy to talk to and sensitive to their needs. I offer an alternative way forward with individual counselling £40 and couples counselling £55.

You may be struggling with emotional conflicts and find it hard to think straight. You may have erratic behaviour or conflict in relationships. Perhaps you have lost any sense of your identity and meaning. Whatever the reason, I'm here to help you work through your concerns. I can also help you with mindfulness techniques, which has been in the News lately as a science-based method of improving wellbeing

At Counselling in Twickenham, Enduring Mind I offer individual and couples counselling. If you want to make a fresh start and bring about therapeutic change, then you might want to find effective solutions to your issues. I have a Masters Degree in Psychotherapy and Counselling. As well as working in my private Twickenham counselling practice, I also train and supervise trainee counsellors at Saint Mary's University College; as well as students on a counselling Diploma at West Thames College.

I help support you with individual clients and couples counselling for depression, anger issues, anxiety, relationship problems, conflict, addictions, abuse, phobias and eating disorders. I specialise in working with mindfullness around panic attacks, PTSD and trauma
