I am a therapeutic counsellor and supervisor in private practice, using the integrative approach. I’m based in London, working in Kennington (SE17) and in Hampton (TW12). I have been working with a diverse range of clients since 2009.

I have people with a range of issues, including:

• Addiction (e.g. sex, pornography, alcohol, food)

• Relationship Issues (e.g. conflict, communication problems, co-dependence, infidelity, boundaries)

• Issues around sexuality

• Abuse (emotional, physical, sexual)

• Depression and anxiety

• Low self esteem

• Self-harm

• Obsessive or distorted thinking

• Managing difficult emotions (e.g. anger)

• Loss and grief

• Feeling stuck
