I provide counselling to individuals, couples and families. I offer weekly and fortnightly sessions on an open ended basis. The practice provides a safe and non judgmental space where you can explore your emotions, experiences and feelings that may concern you in developing healthy and full personal achievements. I welcome all individuals as unique inclusive of their gender, creed, religious and sexual orientation.

I work but not exclusively with Depression, Stress, Anxiety, Loss, Bereavement, Anger, Addictive Behaviors, Relationship Conflicts, Anger.
