I am a qualified Counsellor and Psychotherapist with more than 16 years experience.
My approach is Integrative, incorporating various approaches such as Cognative Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic , Person-Centre and others.
I have particularl expertise in working with people who struggle with Substance Misuse and Mental Health issues. I also work with issues such as relationships difficulties, bereavement, work related stress, anxiety, depression, panic attack, self- confidence and self-esteem issue and many more.

My clinic is situated in the Worcester Park area and is a few minutes walk from the Worcester Park train station. There is plenty of on street parking.
