First Step Counselling

Hello we are Karen and Sue whom are both Registered Members of the BACP, we can be found on the BACP Website along with the Counselling Directory. We work with many different issues i.e. relating with a Bereavement, Relationship Difficulties, Depression, Low Self Esteem, Anxiety/Panic Attacks, Marital Difficulties, Eating Disorders, Emotional Abuse and many more issues which we may experience at different times in our lives. We offer short/long term counselling/psychotherapy and use a range of different talking therapies i.e. CBT, Humanistic, Psychodynamic and Person Centred.
We work with Adults, Adolescents, children and couples and are here for the times when you maybe finding life a bit of a struggle.
Our fees are £50.00 for a 90 minute consultation and subsequent sessions are for 60 minutes and cost £40.00
