My name is Roz, I am a qualified and experienced therapist offering counselling and CBT (cognitive behavioural therapy) to adults and young people. I also work with parents who are supporting their children with mental health challenges and self-harm.

I offer one-to-one appointments at my comfortable therapy room in Purley (on the Surrey / South London border), by phone, video (Zoom) and email.
