I’m truly passionate about people and their reasons for seeking therapy and I believe this shows. I specialise in anxiety, depression and relationship issues as well as many other areas  having been trained as an integrative counsellor (means training in every modality and situation).

I feel its important to share that  having worked within the NHS for 16 years I genuinely understand  the causes of pressure, stress and anxiety which in turn gives me empathy in my work. Having also trained as a clinical hypnotherapist I occasionally, coupled with counselling ,use it as it can really help especially with confidence and self esteem.

My rooms are both in SW4 and WC2a both of which are easily accessible and pleasant surroundings,this all aids in the therapeutic process.

My fee is £60 between the hours of 10am-5pm rising to £70 after 5pm. I offer a free 15 minute assessment over the phone and will be honest with my summary as to whether or not I can help.
