I am an experienced counsellor who has worked in both the NHS and community based counselling services, and I appreciate how difficult it can be to get support at the very time it is needed. I am a registered member of the BACP (British Association of Counselling & Psychotherapy) and abide by their ethical code of practice.

QUALIFICATIONS
I have a BA (Hons) in Integrative Relational Counselling which means I focus on using the therapeutic relationship to help you explore concerns and issues. The approach is tailored to suit your needs and I use a range of tools to support the process.

I have further qualifications in bereavement counselling skills and have worked for several years as a Cruse Bereavement counsellor. I am an experienced and qualified coach with a background in empowering and motivating individuals to achieve their potential.
