Hello.

I am an Integrative Psychotherapist – Counsellor and Supervisor; an accredited member of the BACP and registered with the UKCP. Together with my private practice, I work in a London University, and have prior extensive experience working in NHS, crisis centres, mental health and LGBT support services. My approach integrates existential, Jungian, attachment-based and CBT theory and practice, and involves helping you understand your personal world view, the way you relate to yourself and others, and how you could unlock your potential towards a more meaningful life. Creativity and spirituality could also be important areas to be explored. I offers both long and short-term therapy to individuals and couples. Please check my site for more information.
