I am a registered MBACP with over 12 years experience in working with a diverse range of clients and client groups.

I work with individuals, couples and groups.

I work with a wide range of issues including, anxiety, self esteem, depression, stress, bereavement, abuse, anger management, drug misuse, relationship issues, eating disorders and OCC.

I am primarily a Person Centred Therapists and in addition offer Mindfulness Meditation.
