Are you struggling with managing your anger or other feelings? Is there a part of you that would like support – a place to explore yourself in a confidential and supportive environment? I believe that change is possible for everyone open to that possibility. Having been involved in this work for over fifteen years working with both individuals and couples of all ages I see no problem as insurmountable and no pain that cannot, with time and patience, be worked through and alieviated.

I am a BACP/UKRCP accredited counsellor as well as Member of COSRT adhering to their Code of Ethics working both in the short and long-term.

I work with individuals, couples as well as family members. I am trained to work with people from a wide range of ethnic and cultural backgrounds and with a wide range of difficulties. I know how daunting it is to find a counsellor that you feel comfortable with and am available to answer any questions or concerns you may have by telephone in order to try and support you in making the right decision for you.

Counselling is a journey that is different for everyone and therefore for each person it is a trek into unchartered territory. My commitment to you is to walk alongside you for as long as you need offering you the opportunity to be heard and supported as you explore who you are and what is getting in the way of you being all that you aspire to be.
