I have over 15 years of experience in both counselling and support type roles. My aim is to help my clients to help themselves by offering empathic and honest support while encouraging and empowering them to rediscover thier true potential.
My background is Person-Centred and existential I have also training and experience in CAT, TA, and short term focused therapy.

My skills and experience in previous roles have been both challenging and varied. Firstly working with substance abuse as a counsellor for four years gaining accreditation in The field of addictions. Then counselling in a health centre for the primary care trust for a year before working with cancer patients, thier carers and friends on a national helpline for two years. Following on to work with young people in a college as a counsellor/ welfare adviser.
