Teddington Private Counselling

I am a trained, experienced counsellor with a range of experience, having worked both in the NHS sector and now in private practice.
I work with adult clients, over the age of 16 yrs, as individuals or as couples, and both on a short or long term basis. The issues I work with are many and varied including relationship difficulties, loss, stress and anxiety, low self esteem and confidence, childhood abuse, work related issues, depression and many others areas.
My training and experience help create a safe, neutral space where clients can sensitively explore the issues that are troubling them. I act as a facilitator for this process of enquiry and understanding. The basic principle of therapy/counselling is that if we can understand ourselves better, we are more able to make informed choices for the future and move forward.
