About Counsellor

I am a qualified counsellor with a private practice in Richmond upon Thames. I can offer you a sincere and non-judgemental relationship, exploring issues and presenting problems that have brought you to this stage of your life, whilst supporting and guiding you in ways in which you wish to change.

I believe in an approach which tailors the therapy to the client as each person is unique and so I use a combination of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Person-centred and Psychodynamic approaches depending on your needs.

We will discover the root of your issue and help to create a better understanding of it. This will provide you with the opportunity to make positive changes in your life and help you to move forward.

We will set a goal for us to work towards supporting you to reach your full potential by resolving areas of distress you have and altering any negative thoughts in order to help you gain a better more healthy perspective of life. At our initial meeting, I will assess your individual needs and together we will agree on what type of counselling approach suits you.

I am a registered member of the BACP and as such, work within their ethical framework.

Please feel free to contact me to discuss whether counselling is right for you and how I may be able help you.

I work with individuals and couples on an open-ended basis or for an agreed time period.
