I am an experienced Cognitive Behavioural Therapist and Integrative Psychotherapist. I work with a range of difficulties, particularly anxiety disorders & depression. Finding a therapist can be scary & confusing. Yo may have lots of questions & fears around what therapy is about & how it will be for you. It takes courage, commitment & a desire to change. It’s a journey we’ll make together, a walk through life. There will be tears & there will be laughter. Therapy can heal the wounds of past trauma & free you to make decisions based on your current situation & not from your past. My down to earth & empathic way of being has helped my clients who have come from different walks of life.
