My counselling orientation is Integrative and Transpersonal which means that I endeavour to support you as a unique individual – working from the premise of ‘what is right with you’ not ‘what is wrong with you’. I am also interested in exploring your potential from a spiritual perspective which means that I am listening for what your heart or soul longs for thus helping you to move towards feeling a greater sense of peace and joy in your life.
I also work as a Nutritionist so I can help you with any support you may need to increase your resistance to physical, emotional or mental stress by helping you tune into what your body/mind needs in terms of optimum nutrition, exercise, good quality sleep, relaxation and play time.
