At times when we feel so confused that we feel lost, and nothing seems clear, counselling and psychotherapy can offer a safe space, a time to feel really listened to,understood and accepted.Counselling and psychotherapy works best when there is a relationship of trust established between counsellor and client.

I am a member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy
I have several years of social work experience in the UK and France in variety of settings with adults and children.
I can also provide counselling and in French.
