ROHC COUNSELLING

ROHC is a Counselling Service which provides help and support to individuals, couples and families. Guidance is provided in Mediation, Education, Personal Development, Finance and for Stress, Anxiety, Anger, Divorce, Obsessive Compulsive Behaviour, Depression and Self Harm so that individuals can cope with their challenges in a positive light. One to one and group Counselling sessions are available for clients. ROHC uses the Person Centered and Humanistic Approach to support your individual needs. Help is provided face to face, by telephone, by email and Skype.
As well as speaking English, I can speak Punjabi and I can support clients who also speak this language.
