About Counselling & Psychotherapy Barbican London
Hello, my name is Stratis Pasdekis. I offer long and short term Counselling and Psychotherapy in a confidential, peaceful and safe environment in Central London. My approach is characterised by sensitivity, empathy and warmth.
I support people in making positive changes in their lives, and help them to work through the emotional difficulties which may be preventing personal development and fulfilment. People can contact me if they feel they need to work on day-to-day struggles, relationship difficulties or life blocks and crises.
Why Therapy?
People may have different reasons to seek psychotherapy. You may be feeling low mood or depression, anxiety or even very uncomfortable feelings of panic. You may be experiencing relationship difficulties or a crisis in your life. You may have endured loss and are overwhelmed by grief. Or you could be struggling with an addiction. Maybe you simply seek for meaning in your journey through life.
There are plenty of different therapy options which may often be confusing. Although some issues might be better addressed with specific types of therapy, research repeatedly demonstrates that it is the relationship built between client and therapist which is the most important factor in helping you to overcome your difficulties as you work towards positive change.
Issues I work with:
Anxiety
Depression
Panic attacks
Bereavement and Loss
Relational and Interpersonal difficulties
Stress
Grief
Addictions
Specific phobias
Relationships
Trauma and other difficulties
Sexuality and Gender
Contact confidentially at: 07896805850
