Counselling and Psychotherapy in Plumstead

Anna is accredited by the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy and is also a registered practitioner with the United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy.

Short term or long term therapy can be arranged. Anna is trained in several different therapeutic modalities, including CBT, psychodynamic therapy and Integrative therapy. The practice is busy, but there is usually a daytime session available. There is sometimes a longer wait for an evening session.
