I’m a qualified therapist experienced in supporting individuals who identify as LGBT+ in addressing issues connected with self-esteem, self-worth and acceptance. I can help you address issues that are causing you emotional pain, giving you cause for concern, or making you feel uncomfortable. I have substantial experience working with individuals in a wide variety of areas such as: feeling insecure, sad or angry and unsure of the root cause; low self-esteem/low confidence; addiction; HIV and AIDS; trauma and abuse; loneliness; depression and anxiety; sexuality; seeking a fulfilling relationship; handling shame; looking for validation in others.

I work primarily with clients who identify as gay, lesbian, bisexual, trans and queer. My style is to encourage clients to speak in openness and confidence about difficult topics and emotions.
