Integrative Counsellor

Hi, Im an Integrative Counsellor with alot of experience working with a wide range of issues such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, anger, relationship issues, low self esteem, trauma, loss/ bereavement, OCD, phobias,General Anxiety Disorder, Identity issues, and much more. I offere a quiet,confidential space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings without being judged. Although I do not offere advice, I will support you in working towards a more happier and fullfilled future.
I draw upon both Humanistic and Psychodynamic approaches in order to best suit your needs.Counselling can be creative, and each persons’ experience will be unique to him/ her.

I provide counselling to adults, Young people, and older adults.

My Fees are £35.00 for a 50 mins session. ( concessions may be offered to students or those on low incomes/ benefits)

My qualifications are: Level 4 Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling CPCAB ,2010-2012
Level 3 Counselling Studies CPCAB 2009-2010
Level 2 Counselling Skills CPCAB 2008-2009

Cruse Bereavement Care, Ascentis Level 2 Foundation , 2010

I am a member of the BACP, and working towards my accreditation

I hold full Public Indemnity Insurance

All qualifications can be provided .

I also attend regular professional training to improve my knowledge,understanding and working techniques in many areas such as anxiety, anger, abuse ,personality disorders, and many more.

I have worked in a variety of settings, and am currently working as an associate counsellor for a GP surgery, in Bromley Kent, and also a Local Community Counselling Service.
