I am an integrative counsellor with many years experience in both public and private settings of supporting people with many different issues such as: anxiety, depression, bereavement, physical and sexual abuse, domestic violence, work related stress, relationship problems, health issues, issues affecting women and adoption issues. I understand how hard it can be to imagine yourself telling your private thoughts to a stranger, but I have supported many people with difficult issues over the years and I am trained to assist you to find your way forward, no matter how hard things may seem at the moment.
