Description:

I offer confidential counselling and psychotherapy in a safe, supportive and non-judgmental environment.

I work within NHS and privately, offering my help on variety of issues.

Anxiety, depression, difficulties with relationships, loss & bereavement, work related stress, personal development...

We all come across a stressful life situations at some point in life. Often  we can also manage those with our own coping mechanism and without seeking outside help. However sometimes stressful life events such as loss of a loved person, divorce, sudden life changing circumstances can be emotionally so overwhelming that hence our best intentions, we no longer wish to cope alone. I'm dedicated to provide you the space, where you can bring your difficulties.

The type of therapy I practise is mostly a humanistic model called Transactional Analysis (TA). Therefore  my work will be variating between different approaches within TA. My work will depend on what your needs as a client are and is within my professional aim to tailor sessions in a way that will permit the best opportunity for you to achieve desired therapeutic goals.

I'm registered with UKCP (UK Council for psychotherapy) and I abide by their Ethical principles and code of professional conduct.

I’m also a member of UKATA (UK Association for Transactional analysis) and EATA(European association for Transactional Analysis).
