I am a person centred counsellor and i am here to offer you a safe and confidential place in the here and now, to help you explore your thoughts and feelings in a non judgemental manner.

I know the first steps of starting counselling can be quite daunting but I am here to answer any questions you may have.
Our first session will be too assess how best we can work together for your individual needs, for you to see how I work and to discuss what it is you would like to get out of counselling.
If you are happy to start we can discuss the best time for your next session.

Counselling does not offer advice but helps you to find the best way forward for yourself, help you find your own solutions by me listening and being empathetic.
