My name is Frances and I am a person-centred counsellor. I offer a safe and confidential environment in which people can explore the difficulties or big questions that are facing them in life.
I understand that finding a counsellor can be a daunting one so please get in touch with any questions you may have.

The benefits of counselling includes the provision of a safe space, enabling opportunities for difficult emotions to be expressed within a confidential environment.

Counselling is a ‘talking therapy’ and it supports a deeper awareness of yourself; it aims to help you put your thoughts into words, where together we can explore your thoughts and feelings and clarify some understanding of what you feel the blocks are to feeling strong in yourself. With these new understandings there is the potential for change.

I offer face to face counselling sessions and am a BACP (British Association Counselling Psychotherapists) registered Practitioner. The initial assessment session will identify the approach that is centred to your personal requirement. There is the option of Walk and Talk Therapies and approaches will be discussed in the initial assessment session.

Bespoke Practitioners also has experience in a wide range of child related needs including: disability, loss, bereavement, stress, anxiety, depression, abuse, mental health including mental health, domestic violence, attachment, educational needs.

Counselling runs from the Bespoke Practitioners Mid-Tendring Venue in North Essex.
