Are you looking for support with challenges in your life?
I can accompany you through life’s difficulties, and together we can help you achieve managing them yourself with more confidence, and making a positive difference to your life.
We will work together on addressing what you want to bring to the sessions, at a pace that’s right for you. I discuss with you what you want to. If you have lost your direction, I will help you along the way. I will be alongside you, helping you forward. I won’t lead, the work is yours to do, but will provide my professional support to guide you.
You can experience 50 minutes a week away from your life, to reflect on your life, in a relaxed and supportive atmosphere.
Sessions are £45 at this location (prices may vary please discuss with counsellor)
